Stuart Bigley studied at the Corcoran School of Art in Washington, DC and graduated from the Silvermine College of Art in New Canaan, Ct. and has painted for more than 40 years. His sensitivity to the concerns of artists has been a major factor in his ability to coordinate projects with creative people.
